We are continually updating our website as our plans develop
We shall be recruiting our staff team during 2021.
Please get in touch for an initial discussion about the posts.
Justin has worked in education for most of his adult life, including the headships of an ‘Outstanding’ all age special school and a primary school with a large SEN cohort, through which he developed a particular interest in the positive management of behaviour. He loves the outdoors and is often to be found mowing, strimming or pruning. He is also a keen handyman, and recently has become something of an expert on converting ambulances!
Sue began her teaching career as an English and drama teacher in mainstream secondary schools, but then moved on to special education, where she worked as a class teacher, assistant head and sixth form lead. She set up a bakery and pop-up café staffed by sixth form students, which proved very popular with the local community, and is keen to forge similar links through Stepping Out. She is passionate about the use of Intensive Interaction to build relationships and in the power of the arts to engage young people with learning disabilities.
